bff adventures: dance practice

 if there is one thing the bffs love it's dancing!!
they have been working really hard to get ready for a recital. they head into the dance studio twice a week for practice. emily prefers ballet while deedee prefers tap and molly, well she loves it all!

they always start practice with stretching so their muscles are loosened up and ready to move. "feel the burn!" exclaims deedee.

 "don't forget to point your toe," molly reminds emily.
the girls work together to make sure they know how to do each motion of the dance routines. they listen carefully and respectfully to each other's constructive criticism and they push each other to be the best dancers they can be.

 they happily go through the each entire routine over and over taking in all the suggestions and encouragement from their dance instructor.

 once they hit that ending pose they hold it then pop right back up ready to do it all over again.

 when their instructor is satisfied with their progress they stretch out again then gather their things to head home. the girls always feel exhilarated after practice...buuuut also a little tired.
"yikes! look at the blister on my feet!" deedee cried out.
"ouch! i have band-aids in my bag, would you like one?" asked molly
"yes please," replied deedee.

"hard work sometimes comes with a little pain. today we worked extra hard! lets reward ourselves with some frozen yogurt on the way home!" suggested emily
"YEAH!!!!"
