Jolly Holiday Season!

Well friends it is my very favorite time of the year!!

We have been very busy celebrating and decorating and making merry!

Rebecca has started Hanukkah which is very fun!

We love being able to share in her Jewish traditions.

Each day she lights the candles. 

Her Hanukkah gifts actually came early (about 3 weeks early!)...

She got her own bed and little bedroom!!!!

And her robe and slippers.

We had lots of fun setting it up with her little things.

And the best part about it is that it's right between Felicity's room and the living room so she can sit in her bed and still be able to hang out with the other girls!

After Rebecca and I figured out how to fit her room into the house and set it all up she jumped into her jammies and chatted with Addy and Kirsten while Kirsten decorated the tree.

Kirsten loves to decorate the tree because she loves the smell of fresh pine; it reminds her of her home back in Minnesota.

After a day of baking gingerbread Addy relaxed with a cup of hot coco.

Samantha has been busy working on decorating gingerbread  houses.

Wow! There is so much detail! No wonder it took so long!

"Mmmm! Candy!"

"No Rebecca you can't eat my gingerbread house!" Hehehe :)

Meanwhile, Felicity and Molly have been in the other part of my house helping me decorate my home.

They like chilling out beside my tree.

Felicity's and my favorite drink is White Peppermint Mocha Latte from Starbucks! Yummy!

I love their fun festive Wintery outfits!!

One of my favorite things to do this time of the year is to just be in my cozy house enjoying the beautiful decorations like the girls are doing here.

It's hard to stop and take time to relax and enjoy the beauty of this season because we are all so busy, but it is so worth it! The hustle and bustle can bring you down

so don't forget to make time to snuggle up with a good holiday book or something else calm and peaceful.
