The Best Christmas Tradition Ever is...
Seeing The Christmas Carol!
We have been going every year since I was 3 years old!
My mom takes the grandkids and I go along too. The rule is that you have to be 5 years old to go and my youngest niece just turned 5 so this was her first year. In the above picture you can see them at a little scene set up with props for a photo booth. My nephew dressed as Tiny Tim :)
The girls all bring their AG dolls.
Here is Rosie, Kit, Julie, DeeDee, and Felicity. It was also Rosie's (my littlest niece's doll) and DeeDee's (mom's doll) first time to see the play.
Before the show starts carolers from the play come out to sing.
During intermission we get the yummiest gingerbread men and hot chocolate! Mmmmm!! :D
While eating our treats we talk about how much we love the show!
Rosie said she was a little scared of Marley.
Felicity was so happy to have her BFF, DeeDee, there this year!
Julie was too full of hot chocolate and cookies lol ;)
At the very end the cast all runs out of the theatre and sings one last song as the audience exits. They thought my niece was super cute because she stood out in front of everyone and sang along :)
I love my family so much!!! xoxo
And I super-dooper love my mommy for keeping this tradition alive which was started by my grandma.
"God Bless Us, Everyone!"
